- 250gr milk chocolate Lindt
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 100gr plain flour
- 125g butter
- 1 pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 200 °.

Melt the butter and the chocolate in microwave or bain-marie. Mix well and let cool a few moments.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, pinch of salt and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add butter and melted chocolate. Mix well then add flour and mix again.

Pour batter into buttered cake pan. Bake 20 minutes at 200 ° and allow to cool before removing from pan. The cake should be cooked on the edges and almost melting in the middle.
