I rarely ca, but this weekend I racked my head, I could not find the idea of flat for dinner. So I consulted with the men of the house, and I was asked a flammekueche (Alsatian tarte outbreak). I love it but I would never have thought of it myself. That was fast, I had all the ingredients and at least I was sure to please!
Flammekueche alsacienne (Flammkuchen)
Prep: 15mins
Cooking: 15mins
Serves 4 people
- 1 pizza dough (preferably rectangular)
- 4 medium onions
- 80g smoked lardons (matches)
- 200g cream entire thick
- 100g of yoghurt 20% MG
- nutmeg, salt, pepper
Preheat oven to 250 °. Peel and slice the onions into thin strips. Place in a dish and adapted to pre-cook the 6mn mirco oven at maximum power, opening the door the whole 2 minutes to allow steam to escape.
In a frying pan, fry the bacon a few minutes (it should not burn).
Roll out pizza dough. Mix sour cream and cheese, then spread the mixture thickly over the dough. Sprinkle the cream with onions and bacon. Sprinkle a little nutmeg, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Flammenkueche put in the oven at 250 degrees for 10 15 mins (the dough should cook but not too much and onions and bacon are not grilling).
Serve hot with green salad.
