Serves 4 people

- 250g de riz gluant cuit *
- 40cl coconut milk
- 40g icing sugar
- 2 fresh mangoes
- black sesame seeds (optional)
- few fresh mint leaves (optional)

Peel the mangoes, cut in half and trim halves into strips.

Place the sticky rice in the form of dumplings on individual plates. Add half a sliced ​​mango per person.

At dessert time, Heat the coconut milk and icing sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for few minutes.
