As I said in my previous message, to close my Thai dinner, Khao Niao Mamuang needed. This is a sticky rice drizzled with sweet coconut milk that is associated with the crispness of a fresh mango. A dessert to die for!!! As I had little time after work, and not all the material at hand, I zapped the box cooking rice by buying it at the bottom of the Japanese home (small mixing of cultures, but still sticky rice). A book for light dinners, because rice after a meal, hold it…

Hello!
J to find blog with magazine Advantages.
Bravo!
A question (I'm a fan of rice pudding!!!): How does one prepare sticky rice?
Thank you in advance for your answer.
Sticky rice
For the sticky rice I confess that I rarely (and that I buy ready-made) because I have no rice cooker at home and it's a bit more complicated with a cooked –steam.
The idea is to buy «sticky rice » in an Asian grocery store. Then rinse 2-3 time, soak ½ day in clear water and drain again.
Then bake 40 minutes in steamer basket and steam.
