I was invited, there was almost a month, a cocktail organized by Mill Valdonne. I attended with my sister at a culinary workshop and a workshop very nice cocktails that made me want to use the new ideas in Syrups Brand. I immediately flashed on the Spicy Honey Syrup idea, whose very name inspired me already. Not a week goes by that I use in a salad dressing, or a marinade to deglaze poultry. I combined this with lime marinade for salmon… A fast and very cool recipe!
Cooling: 3 hours
Serves 3-4 press
- 2 salmon steaks
- 3 tablespoons Honey Syrup idea spicy
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- The juice of one lime
- Capers, chives, pink peppercorns
- Salt, pepper
After removing the skin if there is, salmon steaks cut into very small dice. Arrange the salmon cubes in a dish, pour 3 tablespoons of honey and syrup 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and toss gently. Let salmon soak a few minutes.
Cover the salmon with lime juice. Add a few capers, some red berries and chives. Although leave to marinade while salmon is impregnated. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours.
When serving, salt and pepper and serve chilled in small individual portions.
