I always have a hard time finding a starter that'll be light and tasty and that leaves room for the rest of the meal. Sometimes not bother to look too far, the bistro cuisine has the good taste to have found some, as well take advantage. Quick and tasty, The warm goat cheese salad has a place even for a trendy dinner!

Prep: 15mins
Cooking: 15mins
Serves 4 people
- 8 small fresh goat
- 4 slices of fresh bread in the nuts
- walnuts
- thin strips of bacon
- liquid honey
- thyme
- sea salt, pepper
- mix of salads
Vinaigrette:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Wash and dry the salad mix. Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the ingredients above. Season the greens and place in 4 individual plates.
Prepare the goat cheese toasts: Dispose 4 slices of fresh bread in the nuts on a sheet of baking paper on oven rack. On every deposit 2 small fresh goat. Pour a tablespoon of honey on each slice. Sprinkle with thyme, pepper and fleur de sel.
Put the bread in the oven and brown grill mode between 5 and 10 minutes (depends on the power of the oven) regularly monitoring so that it does not burn. Goat cheeses should be golden.
Meanwhile fry the bacon in a skillet over high heat and place them on a sheet of paper towel to absorb excess fat.
Arrange the plates sprinkling the salad with bacon and walnuts and place the slices of goat cheese over them when they're right out of the oven.
Serve immediately.
