Today a recipe that is a little unusual! I had heard of sweet avocado sauce, I wanted to try it out and I loved it. I prepared my green dessert and waited for MiniCook's reaction who also loved it. I realized it might be more popular than I thought and it wasn't just me who had strange taste. Now you can decide, it's an easy experiment!

Serves 2 people

- 1 avocado (ripe)
- juice of one lime
- 2 tbsp cream (or sour cream)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- cottage cheese 0%
- crushed almonds

Peel the avocado. In the mixer, add the avocado, juice of one lime (or a little less if it's large), 2 tbsp cream (or sour cream), 2 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix until you get a nice smooth texture.

In large individual glasses, pour a layer of cottage cheese then add a layer of avocado mixture. Sprinkle with crushed almonds.

Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
