And for that, I have created with my partner Magimix and VeryCook, a recipe contest that dépote. You are testing from 3 years my recipes, Now it's your turn to show off your culinary talents ...
Now, you noted, I am very sweet. I will need you to restore balance with savory tones. You will have to work on everyday meals and give us your secret recipe: you know that you invented one evening or you hold your mother, your grandmother or your friends, Quick and easy recipe to delight your guests and making your reputation. For the occasion, a little testosterone to change my world girly (yes, yes I confess…) since you will be judged by a jury of shock, exclusively male! It will indeed be composed of Reuben, Dorian and Hervé. Brace yourselves because this impressive team knows what they're talking about when it comes to kitchen issues ;-)
Ruben Sarfati: Virtuoso pans, the winner of my week of a Come Dine with Me last year is all the talk. After a victory in the final of Best team in France on M6, he was acting in Top Chef and I bet his career is taking off to the extent of his talent. He just released his first book “Ruben, my recipes“, a collection of recipes to an outstandingly creative and giving the spotlight to the fine products, emergency to taste… and in the meantime you can still find it on his blog: Aujourd’hui, it's my treat!
Dorian Nieto: But pourquoi est-ce qu’il vous raconte ça…? That's the question that arises Dorian for over 7 years on its Blog about food that became his kitchen and has acquired faithful readers. The search for the answer to his question leads us indeed to recipes to die for, always illustrated with beautiful photos and in its most surprising taste encounters. All written with a fine pen full of humor! We loved the release of his last two books written with Birgit Dahl: Cheese cake, brownies, Cookies & Co and Cupcakes, cake pops, whoopies & Co.
.Hervé Cuisine: In recent years, Hervé operates Hervé Cuisine and gives his cooking class in videos. Weekly, he tells you his secrets gourmands from her kitchen and introduces you to picture in culinary techniques from simple to more elaborate. Whether you are a beginner or experienced cook, you'll never miss your recipes because Hervé takes the time to explain everything to you. You have until Wednesday 2 May at midnight to participate (see below). Then the jury will deliberate for 1 week and will deliver its verdict on Wednesday 9 never. I will publish the 10 best recipes on the blog.
Recipe Contest: Fashion Cooking, 3 years ago * – “Revisit everyday meals – An easy dish, fast but due to the effect“
You will be judged on the following criteria:
- The speed of the recipe: The preparation time should not exceed 40 minutes and cooking time 1 hour
- If the recipe is simple: The recipe should be easy to make and the ingredients simple to obtain
- The wow effect: The presence of the original touch, the little personal twist that surprises guests
The picture quality will not be taken into account but the jury did not tasting the recipe, it will necessarily be somewhat influenced by the photo
The recipes created must comply with all of the following rules:
- The recipe must be a recipe for flat (salt) hot or cold
- The recipe must be accompanied by his photo (no text, or guidance)
- The recipe should definitely indicate: Preparation time, cooking time, the rest period, the number of people, complete list of ingredients and different preparation steps
If you have a blog, you must publish the recipe on your blog stating that you are participating in this contest and put a link in your article that redirect http://www.fashioncooking.fr/2012/04/fashion-cooking-deja-3-ans-le-concours-de-recettes/. You must then send the link of your article by mail to email@example.com. If you do not have a blog, you must send your recipe and photograph by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
