A FEW WORDS ABOUT ME…
I have been called Bree, since the first time I made muffins. So, I had no choice but to adjust to my reputation and that's how I became the only student to organize dinners with 18 people sitting and to offer more choice than just the usual students' pasta! When my tiny kitchen was no longer big enough, my recipes overflowed in others' kitchens and I squatted kitchens equiped with an oven and an enthousiastic public. Since I have started working, I have a flat, a real kitchen and an oven and continue to cook all the time, to the delight of my friends and my family.
I launched the blog for everyone who asked me my recipes and because it's a good excuse to test more and more dishes. I write my recipes in my delectable cravings sandstone, I test others' by correcting according to my tastes (always with a link to the original recipe) I or invents new ones carefully noting any ingredient added to as and not to forget. The only limit I impose: I try to up my recipes are accessible to all, the ingredient list not too long or complicated to find, preparation but not too long with the final effect “Whoa” or “Yum”. And when you dare ask me how I made my cake or where I found my recipe, I always take pleasure to meet in a tone a little jaded: “Just check on FashionCooking!”.
Somewhat nomadic between London and Paris, I spend my life in the Eurostar always related kilos of ingredients found only in Paris or London, to the despair of MiniCook which often takes the chore of carrying shopping bags. I have closets overflowing with spices, flour and other chocolates of all kinds that I always forget a little bit before they inspire me to find a new recipe. I draw my ideas to suit my walks, from my reading, out of my, often assisted by other cooking blogs.
For the rest, I'm crazy about shoes, I have almost as much as cooking utensils (a hundred in 2 case), I do a lot of yoga, I love organizing dinners and recently I knit. Suffice to say that it's more the blog, I did not have time to watch TV and elsewhere ca falls well, I do not. That dear reader, you know everything and if you want to know more, you can go to the press review and continue to follow my adventures on Fashion Cooking by subscribing to the newsletter for example…

A FEW WORDS ON THE CHARACTERS IN FASHION COOKING
MiniCook: Okay so first in line, Chief taster scullion and disciplined, il y a MiniCook, the only man in my life. I'm sometimes unfaithful to him with my KitchenAid and my Magimix but he accepts those small frolics as fair game. He supports me in all my wildest dreams, accepted me to invest her kitchen completely empty when I arrived (overflowing with cookware and dishes now) and very often the dishes without complaining.
My family: My dad, my mother, my brother, my sister, they knew me hyper difficult child, chipotant on every bite that I deigned to swallow and do not always have money I end up keeping a food blog. Proof that tastes evolve. Legend has it that my mother cooks very little and that is what prompted me to start cooking with the tattered book of Ginette Mathiot ;-) My father could only eat stews and cancoillote but weighs less than me which is absolutely inexplicable. I often challenge my recipes and photos, it is with him that I try a little weird alloys. My brother and sister, accomplices of gâteaux de Mars, are always there to taste my pastries and call me in the Hotline when they snap to a culinary vocabulary word in French or English. Finally my grand mother who gave me my best recipes and gave me the basics of traditional French cuisine (and specifically the East).
Cam, Toya and Mama: Accomplices with whom I have always been my first culinary misfires (and other failures of any kind elsewhere). They spoke about new me still in my Rum Baba, are the primary audience of girls and teas are indignant if I do not post often enough for their liking. They inspire me the most beautiful birthday cakes and sometimes when they are in a good mood, I manage to extricate them their most secret family recipes.
Many, Deborah and Amelia: The team of culinary challengers who regularly test me and I try to be up to the task as best I can with many tastings sessions.
Astrid the LovelyJubbly: My photo shoots accomplice who took the prettiest pictures on the blog
All the others: And then there are all other, occasional or regular public my dinners, my friends from all backgrounds who give me opportunities to test recipes.
To all, I say thank you for my dream team, support me, inspire me recipes and try them without a fuss!!!
