Cela peut paraitre incongru un gratin au milieu de toutes ses douceurs sucrées et autres pâtisseries mais je suis tombée sur une recette juste trop bonne, mi-gratin de courgette / mi-flan. Je l’ai remaniée à ma sauce et je voulais vraiment me noter les modifs pour la refaire au plus vite. Rapide, facile, pas lourd et trop bon, ça va rentrer vite fait dans mon Top 10 des recettes que je fais dès que j’ai pas d’idée pour le dîner. Ça peut servir d’accompagnement d’une viande ou d’un poisson mais servi avec une petite salade, ça se suffit à lui même. Un parfait petit plat pour une soirée-télé… devant Le Meilleur Pâtissier par exemple… :-)
Gratin de courgettes comme un flan
Adaptée d’une recette de 750g
Pour 3 personnes
Temps de préparation: 15mn
Temps de cuisson: 10 + 20 mn

Ingredients
- 4 courgettes
- 2 gousses d’ail
- 2 œufs
- 10 cl de crème liquide
- 10 cl de lait
- thym
- sel, poivre
- 100 g de gruyère râpé
Instructions
- Préchauffez le four à 200°. Rincez et équeutez les courgettes puis détaillez-les en petits dés. Saupoudrez-les d’une ou 2 pincées de sel et laissez-les dégorger pendant une heure à l’intérieur d’une passoire. Moi j’ai zappé cette étape, du coup il y avait un peu d’eau dans le fond du moule après cuisson mais c’était franchement pas gênant.
- Mettez un poignée de dés de courgettes dans le bol de votre mixeur. Faites revenir le reste dans une poêle à feu vif avec de l’huile d’olive et l’ail dégermé et haché. Laissez dorer à feu moyen pendant 10mn. A la fin de la cuisson, saupoudrez de thym.
- Mixez les courgettes réservées dans le mixeur. Ajoutez les œufs, la crème, le lait, la moitié du gruyère râpé et mixez à nouveau quelques secondes. Salez, poivrez.
- Mélangez les dés de courgettes revenus et le mélange à gratin puis versez le tout dans un petit plat à gratin. Parsemez de gruyère râpé.
- Enfournez pour 20mn à 200°. Le dessus du gratin doit être bien doré. Servez bien chaud accompagnée d’une petite salade verte bien vinaigrée.
Ce gratin me semble délicieux, je le ferai certainement avec plaisir car j’adore les courgettes.
En plus mon petit fils, en vacances chez nous aime beaucoup les gratins.

Le gratin must à la maison est fort semblable, mais je vais plus viteben rapant grossièrement les courgettes. Je les passe à la poele pour qu elles dégorgent complètement. Ensuite je remplace lait et crème par 200grvde mascarpone et comme fromage du parmesan. Extra même les plus difficiles en redemandent.
Ce serait sympa de nous donner une recette de l’alcazar un peu simplifiée. Ça doit être très bon.

Ne savant pas trop que faire d’Une grosse courgette du jardin, je suis tombée sur cette recette car je souhaitais tout de même l’associer avec des œufs bien de nos poules. Mercredi soir, 19h45, début de la recette, à 20h15 (oui j’ai aussi loupé l’étape du dégorgement) tout était fini, résultat: un délice! Petit et grand ont adorés !
Fait avec de la crème 4%, une tablette « bouquet garni » car plus d’ail ni de thym à la maison, miam! Merci pour cette recette!
